第四天的行程生很久, 因為當時帶著阿秋, 很難聽到導遊在說甚麼, 所以雖然照片也拍了一些, 但能夠講出個很具體的建築物名稱, 實在很困難, 有興趣的朋友可以上網去查一些其他遊客去Uxmal的行程, 像這個部落客去過好幾個馬雅文化, 好幾篇很棒的文章可參考。老母這篇就著重在從遊輪跑行程的大小事。
從Pregreso靠岸, 可以去參觀的馬雅文化地點有好幾個, 當初我上Carnival網站查, 但沒去過墨西哥很難比較, 所以上Carnival Liberty Cruiser的臉書網頁去詢問, 結果有一個熱心的網友回了我很仔細的一串, 最後決定不要搭2.5小時單程的車去Chichen Itza , 雖然Chichen Itza是新世界七大奇景之一, 但來回搭5小時的車, 變成只能參觀一小時, 而且附近商業化嚴重, 金字塔也不開放給人爬了, 所以再三思量之下, 決定去車程單程一小時40分鐘的Uxmal。
當初回我文的網友是這樣寫的, 給從Pregresso上岸的人參考。
There are several Maya ruin sites in the Yucatan accessible to cruise ship passengers who arrive in Progreso.
1. Xcambo = 40 minute drive - easily accessible by Taxi or local guides. This is a small ruin site with 2 pyramids and 4 other smaller structures.
2. Dzibilchaltun = 40 minute drive - easily accessible by Taxi or local guides. This is a medium sized site with temples, various structures, a surface swimming hole (this surface Cenote is similar to a pond). Note that there are no Pyramids at this site. There is a museum, with air-conditioning on site (closed Mondays) as well as a Restaurant. Note that you are not permitted to carry bags on this site unless they are fully-transparent. Lockers are available. If you go to this site, I would recommend hiring one of the on-site Guides. Guadalupe is a very knowledgeable and fully-bilingual guide that has provided on-site tours at Dzibilchaltun for several years.
3. Mayapan = 1 hour drive - You can hire YucatanCenote Eco-Aventuras to take you to this site.
This is a medium sized site with Pyramids, structures and observatory. You are still permitted to climb the Pyramids here! There is a good chance that you may have this ruin site to yourself or sharing it with only a handful of people. Huge tour buses usually do not go to this site.
4. Uxmal = 1hr45min drive - You can hire a tour company or the Cruise ship excursions to take you to this site. This is a large site, has amazing details and a variety of Pyamids and structures. Most structures you are permitted to climb. The main Pyramid, however, is corded off. This is a popular site and there is a good chance that there will be some other tour buses/vans on site.
5. Chichen Itza = 2 hour drive - You can hire a tour company or the Cruise ship excursions to take you to this site. Note that it is a 2 hour highway drive (each way) to get to this site, which leaves you with little time at the actual site, considering the limited time that you are on shore. This is a very popular site, one of the Wonders of the World and, as such, you will be sharing it with bus loads of other tourists. This site is very commercialized.

我們十點靠岸, 很快就下船, 但是等上車等了一些時間, 因為行程是十點半開始。我們被領著通過一區小販區, 上巴士前, 每個人收到一袋紙袋裝的"午餐", 裡面是一根香蕉、一個三明治、一包餅乾跟水。
因為阿秋不滿四歲, 所以這個行程不用門票, 我問他們是否也可以給阿秋一包午餐時, 導遊說嗯先等等, 他要等大人都上車後, 剩下的才給阿秋。當下我是沒有怎麼樣, 因為本來人數就很難預算, 有付錢的大人當然應該有的吃。結果我後面的乘客看到了, 很不爽的大聲說 "難道小孩就不應該有午餐嗎?"
後來等大家都上車後, 導遊就拿了一包午餐給阿秋, 其實都會有剩下的, 看籃子裡還剩不少。
我們的巴士有個廁所, 但只能一號不能二號, 我給阿秋繫上安全帶, 但發現我的安全帶是壞的, 車上有種微微的尿臭味。
我們從港口往城裡去的時候, 要先經過一個像過海公路的地方, 那條橋沒有路肩, 我們離海水就這麼近。
經過小城, 路邊很落後跟破舊, 大部份民房看起來沒有冷氣, 有的沒有窗戶, 水泥很多崩壞或蓋到一半。
導遊說, 墨西哥這有兩種天氣, 一個是熱, 一個是很熱, 當天他說算是熱, 所以不要帶多餘的東西下車, 因為要走來走去一個多小時, 最重要的是要帶水、手機跟一些錢。
原來我擔心有些遺址不能帶背包進去, 但這個遺址可以, 但請記住如果帶GoPro或專業的攝影機進入, 必須要付$5的permit。另外導遊說吃的不能帶進去, 所以我們大家趕緊把香蕉先吃掉, 三明治塞一塞, 吃不完就先放車上回來再吃。
導遊在這推銷幾個特別的名產, 一個是這裡出產的蜂蜜, 還有世界第十辣的辣椒 Habanero, 另外他說這裡的可口可樂是用蔗糖, 不是玉米糖漿, 所以我們最後有買一罐來嚐嚐, 果然比較不甜 XD
走近園區, 門口有一個古時候的蓄水池, 穿著藍色襯衫是另外一個當地的導遊。
映入眼簾的就是這個壯觀的烏龜殿, 而且大家都在前面試著拍手, 因為會從對面反彈回來像是鳥叫的響聲, 很神奇。
有樹蔭的地方就涼快, 但一曬到太陽, 皮膚就熱的發燙, 所以趕緊把防曬乳液跟防蚊的薄荷水拿出來噴噴。
石灰量很高的岩石做成的牆壁跟構造, 還有很多裝飾的細節。
看阿秋兩三下就已經有黑了一圈, 而且她一直想走來走去, 一下走不動就想爬到老母身上, 旁邊有些看起來很容易跌下去的邊緣, 還得小心的拉著她不要滾下去。
這些突出的樑上原本都畫有偶像, 不過隨著歲月侵蝕掉了。
這是有名的, 馬雅許多金字塔都有的階梯, 在特別的年節會跟太陽陰影反射出蛇的形狀。
一有得坐就趕緊歇歇腳, 但我們有一個半小時可以到處走來走去探險。
階梯的側邊有好多個長鼻的圖騰, 看起來像大象的雨神圖騰。
Uxmal有一個比較小的金字塔可以爬, 大的這個不給人爬了。
馬雅人長得很不同, 雖然血統到現在已經沒有真正很純的馬雅人, 但許多馬雅人是綠眼睛, 體型較矮, 而且名字很長...XD
後面的球場好大, 這是一種打贏了也得被砍頭的運動, 勇士們得用側腰把球彈過圓圈口。
導遊一邊推銷, 可以用馬雅曆做成的出生證明。
阿秋不喜歡戴帽子, 曬得臉紅通通, 但還是願意跟我到草皮中間一起自拍一張。
我們爬到看起來不怎麼高的半邊台上, 結果發現階梯很陡, 我們兩個偷油吃下不來, 只好找旁邊的手扶梯慢慢下來。
喜歡古蹟的人應該會很愛在這流連忘返, 只是好曬的當天, 老母心裡有點後悔, 如果把阿秋留在船上的Ocean Camp, 說不定她就不會那麼累, 我們也可以好好的專心到處看看。
因為階梯很陡, 所以我們走搭建的步道下到球場那一區。
原本導遊要自願的男生出來, 可以玩一下球場的遊戲規則, 結果都沒有人要出來自願, 因為太熱啦!
後面可以爬的金字塔, 開放大家猛爬, 結果阿秋說要去爬, 我怕她下不來, 只好陪她去爬, 還跟她說只要爬五階就好了。
結果阿秋爬了不想停, 而且因為不好下來, 乾脆繼續往上爬到可以往旁邊走的地方。
阿姨幫老母跟阿秋照的相, 老母的臉可真臭啊...XD
這裡到處都可以看到iguana 鬣蜥, 這一群一直往石頭上爬, 也不怕人。
阿秋最後還算開心的, 沿路跟人家揮手打招呼 XD
最後我們回到中庭休息, 上了巴士, 老母在路上睡了一會兒, 阿秋則一路上玩Kindle, 幸好有Kindle Fire, 不然想休息一下都不行。回到船上是5:15pm, 還算有充裕的時間, 一上船老母又把阿秋送去Ocean Camp玩到晚上十點, 每天晚上阿秋都帶著不同的face painting回來, 最後洗完澡很快就呼呼大睡啦!
